[BioC] Experimental design

It is not that easy to do over the email.
Normally I meet with our core lab users for an hour or more to discuss 
the wet lab and analysis
aspects of the experiment and choose the right design. I would first 
discuss with the people who are
running the experiment for you and those who will analyse the data... 
Unless you do everything yourself...
