[BioC] Workshop on Statistical Advances in Genome-scale Data Analysis

This is to announce and invite your participation in a workshop on Statistical
Advances in Genome-scale Data Analysis, to be held from 3 - 8 May 2009 at
Ascona in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland.  The purpose of the
workshop is to bring together participants from statistics, computational
sciences, bioinformatics and biology, and to encourage interaction in a relaxed
and collegial atmosphere.

Confirmed invited speakers include:
Niko Beerenwinkel (ETH Zurich), Sven Bergmann (University of Lausanne), David
Clayton (Cambridge University), Christina Kendziorski (University of Wisconsin,
Madison), Edward Marcotte (University of Texas, Austin), Florian Markowetz
(Princeton University), with others still pending.

Contributed presentations will also be welcome.
