[BioC] How to display the row label of a heatmap at the end of dendrogram branches?

you could try to use the "add.expr" argument of heatmap.2 together with 
e.g. mtext to place labels for subclusters.

add.expr: expression that will be evaluated after the call to 'image'.
                 Can be used to add components to the plot.
