[BioC] Error message: "...not a valid package -- installed < 2.0.0?"

Bioconductor consists of multiple versions, one for each version of R.
 biocLite() will get you the appropriate versions of packages for your
version of R.  The packages you name above are no longer available in
newer releases of bioconductor and have been replaced by the "marray"
package.  It is common for bionconductor to change from release to
release, but usually, the functionality is maintained and enhanced.
In any case, "marray" is what you want and the other three packages
are no longer available and have been consolidated into "marray".
