[BioC] CDF properties

Hello members
I have a custom chip where one probe often belongs in multiple probe  
sets.
To that end I want to know if the "one probe in one probeset only or  
in multiple probesets" parameter is set within the cdf file.
Is there a regular R function that will get me this information?
