[BioC] missing probes from illuminaHumanv3ProbeID.db

This is just let anyone who was following the thread regarding missing 
probes the illumina v3 annotation packages that there are no missing 
probes (as far as we know).   See below.

Hi Lynn,

Thank you for the clarification. We have discovered that the .bgx
manifest being used in the case you mention was actually a beta version.
In the released version, these 5 probes are not included. You will find
both the released .bgx and its corresponding readable .txt version on
the switchtoi website I mentioned.

Hello Elizabeth,
Thank you for responding.  I do not have the appropriate software to 
read a bgx file but I was going on an exchange with a scientist (CC'd) 
via the Bioconductor mailing list who said he has a bgx file with those 
five probes.  I've attached that email exchange.
