[BioC] Updating Bioconductor with standard R tools: what repository?

The specific answer depends on the version of R, but is accessible

> source('http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R')
> biocinstallRepos()

These are the repositories for the 'repos=' argument of
update.packages. I don't know what 'setResetRepositories' is.
