[BioC] troubleshooting aCGH package

Hi,

   I am trying to generate frequency plot using aCGH package. I am  
constantly getting the following error while trying to impute the data

impute.lowess(ex.acgh, maxChrom = 24)

the error is
Processing chromosome  1
Error in lowess(kbr[ind], vecr[ind], f = smooth) :
	NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 2)

Please advice.
