Hi All! I have a problem. I want to make an expression plot with the pm and mm intensitys of the genechip. I maked it good, but i want to colored the empty probe set. I have got a mapping vector which has got -1 if the probe set it empty and -2 if it not. Which function sould I use, and how? Thanks a lot! Almássy Balázs
