[BioC] For Illumina microarray users (Illumina changed ProbeID in the new Version)

Illumina microarray users,

We just found Illumina released Human version 3 Expression BeadChip and the
numeric ProbeIDs are totally different from previous versions. If you are
using Illumina annotation packages, please make sure the version is correct.
We will try to create new version of annotation packages compatible with old
versions as soon as possible.
