[BioC] BSgenome.Mmusculus.UCSC.mm8 and BSgenome

Hi Florian,
Fixed BSgenome.Mmusculus.UCSC.mm8 (version 1.3.2) and new
BSgenome.Mmusculus.UCSC.mm9 are available.
Let me know in case of problems.
