[BioC] New on-line tool to view microarray results

Dear all,

Users of Bioconductor packages that obtain their microarray results as 
expression tables may be interested in our tool:

FIESTA Viewer:

On-line tool for visualizing microarray results obtained in comparative 
experiments with replicates.


Main features:

-Free

-Transforms a simple table of results into interactive web pages 
containing interactive plots, search engines, external links, etc.

-Compatible with virtually any statistical method used (the system 
accepts any text-tabulated file containing pvalues, logRatios, 
logIntensities, Gene descriptions...).

-Compatible with any operative system (it is an on-line tool)

-The results are provided as standard web pages. You can visualize them 
on-line or download them to your hard disk.


Feel free to use it with your data or with the example provided. Please 
report us any problem or comment.
