[BioC] Fishers Exact test, hyperGTest - GO analysis

Dear group, 
Apologies for asking a very lame question.

I have a question about Fisher exact and hyperGTest
used for functional analysis. 

Fishers exact test uses Hypergeometric distribution.

GOStats has hyperGTest function where by giving set of
parameters it calculates probabiliy of whether a set
of genes are over or underrepresented for a functional
category in a bigger set of genes. 

What is difference between these two tests. Which is
prefered. 

Please help me understand.
