[BioC] Question about Yeast Microarray

Dear Dr. Jakub Orzechowski,

I have a question about yeast microarry. In fact, I have same questions as you
had posted on the URL
<https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioconductor/2004-December/007084.html>.

Have you performed analysis with 2.0 array system? Which would you prefer now
S98 or newer Yeast 2.0? 

I would appreciate if you can share your experience with me.
