[BioC] cdf environment for Yeast 2.0 array

Hi! I'm planning to run some affy arrays on yeast, and I'm choosing between two different arrays: the old one (Yeast S98) and the new one (Yeast 2.0). I have previously run the S98 array, and it worked fine together with the affy package, but I have some questions about the Yeast 2.0 array:

- Is there a cdf environment for the Yeast 2.0 array? It not how much work is it creating a new one?

- The Yeast 2.0 array has only 11 probes/probeset. Will this cause any trouble for the RMA stuff?

- Any other comments on thw Yeast 2.0 array?
