[BioC] Category/ summery student project

The MSigDB is a good source!

We are planning to have a summer student working on a similar project, but 
using a different database. Maybe we can coordinate the efforts.

Seth,
I actually want to put the GSEA curated databases(Broad Institute) into R so 
that they
can be used by the Category program.  I need more disease states than what 
is in
KEGG.
