[BioC] acgh process problem

Hello,

I am having a problem with the "aCGH.process" function of the "aCGH"
library"

> ex.acgh <- aCGH.process(ex.acgh)

I have used the same dataset with "snapCGH" library without a problem.

Any ideas?
