[BioC] class clusters from hierarchical cluster tree

Dear List,

I  would like to develop some tools in order to implement
the ideas presented by P. Toronen in his BMC Bioinformatics paper:
"Selection of informative clusters from hierarchical cluster
tree with gene classes" 2004, 5:32

Before starting I would like to know if there have been
efforts to implement the functionality in bioc code.
Besides it would be great if there were people already
interested in his approach that could comment on the performance,
and share their general impressions.
