[BioC] software for Affymetrix SNP arrays 6.0

Dear list,

I have a question which I think here is a good place to ask.
Just want to know if there is any software package
(from BioC or other places) which can process and
estimate the copy numbers for Affymetrix SNP 6.0 arrays?
I checked the BioC web site and found some packages for
copy number estimation, but not sure which one can work
on Affy SNP 6.0.
