[BioC] FYI: update on recent flurry of back-dated posts

Hi all,

There was a problem with the mailing list that prevented some posts
from last week from getting through.

We believe the problem has been resolved and that any held messages
have been resent (but some dups had to be resent, sorry).

If you do not see your post on the list within 12hrs, I'd like to know
about it.
