[BioC] making ExpressionSet from ArrayExpress

Hi Wolfgang,

The closest to this is probably the RMAGEML package which enables one to
read MAGE-ML files from ArrayExpress and convert them into an
ExpressionSet. However this package has limitations: one has to go to
the ArrayExpress website and manually download the different MAGE-ML
files that are needed, it only works for spotted arrays, and the MAGE-ML
format is currently being replaced by a quite different format MAGE-TAB,
for which the RMAGEML package can not be used anymore.

Cheers,
Steffen
