[BioC] searchable archives

Hi Seth,

I tried the GMANE searchable mail archive. There doesn't seem to be any threads to follow. I would guess that this missing feature would limit GMANE's usefulness.

Thanks,
Dick

Hi all,

Apologies for the confusion regarding a searchable mail archive. We
realize this is a critical resource.

I'd like to point out that you can search the Bioc list using GMANE.
We should have had a link to it on the webpage, sorry about that. I
will make sure one gets added tomorrow.

Please give this a try and let us know if this interface satisfies
your search needs. If not, we will find an alternative solution.

+ seth
