[BioC] goCluster results

Hi

I am using the goCluster package. I create a goCluster object with data 
from an Annbuilder package i have created. I configure and execute it.
then in the significance section,  A total of 0 annotation terms have 
been selected is announced.
Is it normal ? Am i missing something ?
