[BioC] less mappings to LocusLink in new moe430a

Hi Manuela,

Thank you very much for the report. It is actually a bug in moe430a 
v1.12.0. The file got truncated somehow when we parsed Affymetrix 
anntation data. We have put a new version (1.12.1) at 
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/html/moe430a.html 
The OS X binary is still old though, and will be available in about a week.
