If you are asking about annotation data packages for chips, then I
think you can get to such a list using BiocViews:

By chip name:
http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.8/ChipName.html

By chip manufacturer:
http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.8/ChipManufacturer.html

Just Affy:
http://bioconductor.org/packages/1.8/AffymetrixChip.html

If you aren't looking for a list of annotation packages, then I'm not
sure I understand, perhaps you can clarify.
