[BioC] Reference for Volcano plot

We have developed a program for 'quantile volcano
plots' that allow the decision boundary to adapt to
the data. An early preprint can be downloaded at

and software and the latest version of the paper can
be gotten from ms Xia Li at xli at im.wustl.edu. She also
can identify the reference to the original volcano
plot reference.
