[BioC] request for gtype_cel_to_pq

Would anyone have the Affy gtype_cel_to_pq executable for RedHat EL4 for x86_64 (for converting CEL files to .raw files) they would be willing to send me?  I don't have the appropriate Affy SDK, so am unable to build this.

I would like to have this so I can try the Robust Linear Model with Mahalanobis Distance Classifier (RLMM) package.
