[BioC] pamr and samr problems with windowsXP - pop-up windows

Hi Giulio,

The problem you are describing sounds very strange.  I have a few
suggestions:

1. Post to the list a recipe for reproducing the problem.  Can you
   provide a set of commands that when entered at the R prompt produce
   the issue your are seeing?

2. Include the output of sessionInfo()

3. You might also try to find an old version of pamr and see if the
   error goes away.

You may also want to contact the package maintainers (with above
detail) directly.
