[BioC] Annotation metadata for Agilent arrays

Hi Aedin,

We use Resourcerer and AnnBuilder for this (I've never tried using
biomaRt).

You might also want to take a look at the annotations that Agilent
provides at http://earray.chem.agilent.com/. It's not as convenient as a
BioC metadata package, but I've found them more complete than the one I
built using resourcerer (I haven't Rebuilt using Resourcerer in a little
while though).
