LPE pools the variance of genes showing similar intensities, so it is useful
irrespective of the preprocessing step.

Subject: [BioC] LPE method based on RMA vs. MAS5

I was wondering if anyone has experience applying LPE on RMA processed data,
and if so, how it compared with results based on MAS5.
Thanks,
Karthik.
