[BioC] biocLite script and R 2.3

Hi Seth,

I get:

 > source("http://www.bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
 > biocLite()

Running bioCLite version 0.1  with R version  2.3.0
Errore in file(file, "r", encoding = encoding) :
         impossibile aprire la connessione
Inoltre: Warning message:
apertura non riuscita: stato HTTP '404 Not Found'


apparently because
"http://www.bioconductor.org/scripts/2.3/biocinstall.R"
doesn't (yet) exist. Any ETA or RAS (recommended alternative solutions)?

This question has already come up a couple of times from keen bioC users 
around here, so I am posting it on the list.
