Good question, (it is GO2PROBE though, no S on that one)
- basically the first maps between a GO ID and the set of probes that
map to those genes for which the given GO ID is the most specific term
that applies. The second, maps to all probes for which the GO ID is
appropriate (and hence includes genes that have more specific functions
than the selected GO ID). Our documentation on this is weak, and will be
improved for the next release.
