[BioC] BioC 1.6 Release unavailable

BioC 1.7 is the current released version of Bioconductor.  If you can,
I would recommend upgrading to R 2.2.0 and installing BioC 1.7
packages.

If that isn't possible for you, there is a link to the 1.6 packages here:
http://www.bioconductor.org/download/

I'm not sure what you mean by disappear or unavailable, but perhaps a
link on the main page changes (appropriately) to reflect the current
release.

Note that you can follow the same installation instructions and if you
are running R 2.1.x, you will automatically get the 1.6 packages.
