[BioC] How to install biomaRt package on Windows XP

Hi Wuming,

I've made a Windows version of biomaRt available here:

http://www.esat.kuleuven.ac.be/~sdurinck/biomaRt_1.5.1.zip

Make sure you have installed the DBI and RMySQL packages from here:

http://stat.bell-labs.com/RS-DBI/download/

and that you've copied the dll files of the RMySQL/libs directory to the
R/bin directory or included the RMySQL/libs directory in your PATH
environment variable before running biomaRt.
I will check with the repository to see how we can make the Windows
version again available through the Bioconductor website.
