[BioC] What do these headers mean?

Dear group, 
 

I am working on a file, which someone gave me as a
processed data file from Affymetrix array experiment.
I was not told which software they used to generate
these data columns.  
I do not know if all of these column header are
important for analysis purposes ( to be taken into
BioConductor programs):

Can any one help me what do these column headers mean.

Column headers:   My Interpretation

Max Normalized :  ????
StdErr Norm    :  ????
StdDev Norm    :  ????
t-test P-value : P-value 
Flags [A,M,P]  : A - Absent; P - Present ; M - ???
Raw	       :  ????
Min Raw	       :  ????
Max Raw	       :  ????
StdErr Raw     :  ????
StdDev Raw     :  ????
