[BioC] common genes between hgu133a and hu6800

Hi Enrique,


You could use biomaRt to do this, here an example:

getHomolog( id = "1424184_at", to.array = "hg_u95av2", from.array = 
"mouse430a_2", mart = mart )

you can also use this function within one species and use a list of id's.

Also have a look at the matchprobes package.
