Hi,
I m using Bioconductor to suties some patients,
in the past we had hu6800 microarray data never exploited,
now we use the chip hgu133a.
I m wondering how many ways I may have to look for common genes
between
these 2 different chip.
I m studying the same groups with the same statistical tests with the
same patients with different chips.
Is therte possible to find common genes between those 2 different
chips?
how?
thanks
