[BioC] graphs

Hello,
This question is more R-related: in graphs such as barplot(): how can 
you arrange that the labels in the x-axis are written vertically (so 
that all labels can be visualised in the graph)? Or how can you change 
the size of the letters of the gene/sample names in a graph?
