Hi all!

I am trying to process some protein chips (Sigma Panorama
Antibody array and Clontech 500 Antibody array). My
questions:
1. can I use the analysis pathway similar to the RNA chips?
2. which normalisation method to use?

Is there a special package for protein data processing?
