Hi Rick,

This error message happens when the layout of your array is not set up
properly. Did you set up the printer layout information in your RGList
object before calling maQualityPlots? You can do it by typing the

test <- read.maimages("MyFile.gpr", source="genepix") 
test$printer <- getLayout(test$genes)

If your object is set up properly, can you email me the R commands you
used and the version number of the limma, convert and marray packages
you are using, so that I can reproduce the error?

     I am attempting to use maQualityPlots() on an RG list in
arrayQuality, and get the following error:
"Error in if (is.int(totalPlate)) { : argument is of length zero"
Anyone have any idea what is going on?
