[BioC] median values

Dear Users,

I have a PLMset and after visualising the NUSE boxplot, I would like 
to 
get the median SE values of the residuals for each of the arrays.
How can I get them?

I think NUSE plots are a good visual way of detecting outlier arrays, 
but I am 
trying to obtain a numerical value that would help me setting a QC 
cutoff and therefore be less subjective. Anyone has any comments on 
this idea?
