[BioC] FW: reading imagene data into limma

Hi,
 
I am attempting to read some data for a colleague however there seems to
be a bug in the packages. The problem is that the data begins on line 73
but the readImaGeneHeader only scans to line 60!
 
Is there a way to get around this using other methods? I would prefer to
do it in Limma because I wish to be able to show my colleague how to do
analysis with this package.
