[BioC] estrogen vignette

Hi Adele,
where did you get the source package from? At some point, there were
problems building the PDF file of the vignette automatically from the
source using "R CMD build". But it should always work to run R, change
into the inst/doc directory of the package, and say
Sweave("estrogen.Rnw")
then go into a shell and say
pdflatex estrogen
The only other style file that is needed is bioCexercises.sty, which is in
the same directory as estrogen.Rnw, and needs to be in your TEXINPUTS
environment variable.
Anyway, I will send you the PDF file as an attachment to a separate mail.
