[BioC] estrogen vignette

When I do:

 openVignette("estrogen")

Adobe Reader tells me the the file is damaged and could not be repaired. I
tried downloading estrogen from source, and found the estrogen.Rnw file, but
although I can successfully create estrogen.tex, I cannot figure out how to
access the appropriate style files (yes, I copied Sweave.sty, but still no
luck). I'm sure I can *eventually* figure this out, but meanwhile, does
anyone happen to have a working version of the estrogen vignette, by Robert
Gentleman and Wolfgang Huber?
