[BioC] Error encountered while using RMA

Hi,

When trying to run RMA normalization using GeneSpring EPI, I get an
error message as follows:

Error in if ((is.null(deps)) || (length(deps) == 0) || (deps == ""))
return(NULL) : 
        missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

Do you know why this happens and what I can do about it?
