[BioC] where is GO 1.6.0 version required by annaffy , anyone know?

  Please use reposTools to obtain packages..

  library(reposTools)
  install.packages2("GO", develOK=TRUE)

  should get 1.6.4, which is the current vesrion on the devel arm.

  Yes, and there the manual page is pretty explicit.
