[BioC] problem with affy

A few questions:
1) Do you mean affy '1.4.30' or affy '1.4.3'.  There's a very large
   difference.
2) How did you obtain these packages?
3) What was your state before installing these packages: new install of R
   w/o other BioC packages?  Previous BioC installations?
