[BioC] Coordinates of streak

Dear Bioconductor Users,

In viewing an affymertrix slide image with
the image() command in affy() I noticed a streak.
Is there any way in which I can relate this streak
to the genes through which it passes?

If this were a cDNA slide analyzed with
spot, I could note the genes from the coordinates
of the spots. Is there anything analogous I can
do with an affy-slide?

Thanks and best wishes,
Rich
