[BioC] Loading a file.tar.gz into R

You have given so little information that it is impossible for anybody
to help. Please at least give us the operating system, and exactly what
you mean by 'load it into R'.

Is it possible that you want to install a tarred and gzipped package on
a win32 version of R?
