[BioC] CV versus Intensity plots

Hello All,
I believe this has been discussed before. I am interested in plotting
probe set CV or SE versus intensity for a number of U133A chips with the
goal of trying to detect what the lowest intensity I can trust would be.
Would anybody have any detailed documentation on how to do this?
